Level 2 Operation
Workshop Servicing Level 2 Restrictions.
Please book online via our web booking portal, here, call, or come in to the store. We are experiencing high demand so may not be able to complete work for several days. As usual though if booked in advance it is still generally same day service!
We will have limited access to the front of the shop, to maintain distancing at
2 mtrs, please bare with us, we have your and our safety in mind.
When dropping off your bike or part for service, please go around to the back of the shop, there is a bell to ring (picture below) and we will come out, if the door is closed just knock! This process may take a few minutes.
Alternatively you can lock the bike to one of our racks at the back of the shop, we will provide you a lock code the day before, in your reminder text. (please put a note with your name on the bike so we know which is yours! )
We will need to disinfect the bike, please don't take it personally! We will assess the bike and discuss or call back with any issues.
Once the job is complete we will message you for collection and send you an payment instructions to either pay online or we can take paywave/eftpos in store
All jobs will need to be paid for before collection, a screen shot of banking is fine if you pay online.

We will message you, e mail status update, when these are ready to collect just come in and we will get it for you.
